This Lymphatic Drainage treatment is more vigorous, faster, deeper treatment and is a modern adaptation of traditional Manual Lymphatic drainage which is lighter and more gentle.

Myofascia is a fibrous network of elastin fibres and collagen surrounded by fluid which is entwined throughout the body without interruption from head to toe like a spiders web. It is the body's energy saving device. If the body posture remains in the same position for any length of time, the fascia will bind. If you move more regularly it will become more flexible. 

If the body suffers any kind of trauma either through surgery, poor postural habits, a fall, physical or emotional trauma, inflammation or scarring, the fascia will lose its pliability and can become tight, hard, stuck and dehydrated. This leads to the creation of adhesions through and between muscles which can in turn lead to restrictions, limitations of movement and poor tissue health.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a hands-on manual therapy which comprises of slow gentle sustained pressure. Fascia cannot be forced so gentle pressure is applied for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the fascia to elongate and restore a healthy position.

Facial cupping is a gentle non-invasive form of therapy designed to enhance circulation and promote healthier skin. Facial cups use gentle suction to create a vacuum effect on the skin, increasing circulation, stimulating blood flow, clearing and promoting lymph flow which helps reduce puffiness, detoxifies the skin, decreases inflammation which can lead to a more radiant complexion.

Unlike body cupping which can leave marks on the skin, the facial cups used are made from soft silicon or glass with very light suction so they are safe to use on the delicate facial skin.

The mild pulling action can help produce collagen and elastin which helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and firm the skin over time. The techniques used also reduce sinus pressure and help facial muscle tightness especially around the TMJ (Temporomandibular joint). This is the hinge joint that joins the jaw bone to the skull allowing the movement necessary for talking, chewing and yawning.

Using specific massage techniques to apply pressure to trigger points within the muscles around the TMJ,  this help relieve pain and reduce stiffness. Deep strokes are applied to target the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic tension and improve mobility.

This is a non-invasive, natural treatment to alleviate TMJ pain, reduce stress,  manage symptoms and improve quality of life.

The treatment can include static cups being placed in certain areas of tension or injury sites but also using gentle sliding movements across treatment areas. The sliding movement is particularly beneficial where pain is felt over a large area.

Marks can appear following treatment depending on the state of the underlying tissues and amount of suction.  These tend to look a bit like bruising and can last between 5-20 days after treatment.

A sports massage targets specific muscle groups to help increase and improve range of motion and strength of muscles. It also encourages the body to heal any sustained injuries. You don't have to be involved in sport to benefit from a Sports Massage!

Its a gentle but effective massage target common pregnancy ailments such as muscle cramps, and joint and muscle aches and discomfort to leave the mum to be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Suitable for new Mum's our post natal massage is once again tailormade to your needs and will depend on whether you gave birth naturally or by C-Section. It is a relaxing treatment that can also incorporate deeper massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension and knots.

This treatment incorporates a unique blend of techniques including Japanese and Indian face massage and acupressure and facial reflexology. This therapy removes toxins from the face, improves the skin's suppleness and stimulates rejuvenation and cellular activity. It also increases the amount of oxygen and neutrients the cells receive to help reduce puffiness, lines and wrinkles caused by facial tension. Please note, this treatment is unsuitable for clients who have had botox procedures or retinol treatments, or have used retinol based products within the last two weeks.

A light relaxing massage treatment to help with muscle tensions and general aches and pains.

This treatment combines the benefits of Hydrotherapy and Thermotherapy (the use of heat application) with massage strokes, using stones to create a deep, relaxing, healing treatment allowing the Therapist to work deeper into the muscle layers. One stroke with a heated basalt stone is generally accepted to be the equivalent to 5-10 strokes of the therapist's hand. Benefits include, improved blood flow and increased local circulation, greater transportation of toxins and waste products from the area, decrease in pain perception and muscle spasm and muscle stiffness. Cold stones, when used on the face, increase muscle tissue metabolism, help alleviate sinus decongestion pain and help with puffiness and discolouration.
